Bayou Soul was established in 2017 after a life-changing accident. Owned by Chief Michael Gillie Jr. of Natchez, La he started out by selling daily plate lunches which lead to catering events such as but not limited to church functions, festivals, community givebacks, weddings, and more. Through hard work and dedication, he has been able to expand while networking with celebrities and various organizations. His vision is to provide upscale service and experience to new markets that will target and fit the needs of the people. He desires to network and improve his craft every opportunity he is presented with and uses a “ONE OPPORTUNITY APPROACH" meaning he always feels he has one opportunity to get it right even if the event or client is residual.
